Overview  
The S2UI28 is a wall-mount Customizable User Interface Terminal (2.8" TFT LCD with Touch Screen) that provides interaction between the User and the User’s Building Management System (BMS).   The device is configurable to display various N2 (or MS/TP) data and/or allow the user to modify this data. Further, the S2UI28 contains the following on-board peripherals which can be mapped backed into the BMS:
 
  a. Occupancy (PIR) Sensor
  b. Ambient Light Level Sensor (Reads in Lux and Foot-Candles)
  c. On-board Temperature Sensor
  d. Off-board JCI Compatible Platinum 1K Temperature Sensor
 for direct connection to external Controllers (VAVs, etc)
  e. Two (2) 12- 24 AC/DC compatible Binary Inputs
 
  
 

Johnson Control Users (N2 Bus HMI, N2 Bus Display)
The S2UI28 has direct support for JCI's N2 bus as both a Slave and as a N2 Bus Master (Supervisory Controller).  As a N2 Slave the S2UI28 allows the Supervisory Controller to read and write to the S2UI28 to display various BMS information.  As a N2 Master (a mini Supervisory Controller), the S2UI28 can be connected to a small N2 network to display and modify various N2 field device data points (AI, AO, BI, BO, etc).
