You should assume everything you see, hear, or otherwise receive from or on the Site (the Contents) is copyright, trademark, trade dress or other intellectual property owned and/or licensed by S Squared Innovations Inc. The Contents include images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, trademarks, logos, text, software, sounds, music, the Site as a whole and any other materials at the Site.

You may use or download the Contents solely for your personal, noncommercial purposes, provided you keep all copyright and other proprietary notices with them. No other type of use is permitted. Downloading or copying Content does not transfer any right, title or interest in any Content to you. The downloading or export of software or technical data from this Site to any jurisdiction in violation of Canadian export laws is strictly prohibited.

S Squared Innovations designs, manufactures, and ships all of its products from Edmonton, AB Canada. 
 
Limited Warranty

S Squared Innovations Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship or material under normal use and service for one year after date of shipment.  S Squared Innovations Inc. will repair or replace without charge any of S Squared Innovations Inc. equipment found to be defective during the warranty period.  Final determination of the nature and responsibility for defective or damaged equipment will be made by S Squared Innovations Inc. personnel.

All warranties hereunder are contingent upon proper use in the application for which the product was intended and do not cover products which have been modified or repaired without S Squared Innovations Inc. approval or which have been subjected to accident, improper maintenance, installation or application, or on which original identification marks have been removed or altered.  This Limited Warranty also will not apply to:

a.    interconnecting cables or wires, consumables nor to any damage resulting
from battery leakage.
b.    Software and/or embedded firmware that is considered to be preliminary or pre-production.

In all cases S Squared Innovations Inc.’s responsibility and liability under this warranty shall be limited to the cost of the equipment.  The purchaser must obtain shipping instructions for the prepaid return of any item under this warranty provision and compliance with such instruction shall be a condition of this warranty.

Except for the express warranty stated above, S Squared Innovations Inc. disclaims all warranties with regard to the products sold hereunder including all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness and the express warranties stated herein are in lieu of all obligations or liabilities on the part of S Squared Innovations Inc. for damages including, but not limited to, consequential damages arising out of/or in connection with the use or performance of the product.

This warranty is governed by the laws and statutes within the province of Alberta, Canada
